We have been very busy this half term in 4th Class. The children loved joining in the Newbridge Yarn Bomb Festival and created beautiful butterflies and decorations.
In PE, we really enjoyed learning the sequence of steps to ‘An Dreoilín’ and performing as a class.
In History, we loved using our investigative skills and thinking like a historian to learn and organise facts about the Ancient Egyptians. It was great to take our Spelling Lessons outdoor to complete our ‘Look, Cover, Write, Check’ activities in the yard.
We have completed some amazing art projects, including Egyptian Hieroglyphics, Hokusai’s ‘Great Wave’, Georgia O Keefe inspired flowers and Viking ships.
