In February, the 4th, 5th and 6th Classes went to a fun run with other schools in the Curragh Camp organised by the Army. It was a 2km run with loads of different obstacles. There were poles that we had to climb under and over. We climbed up a hill and through a forest littered with obstacles. Thankfully we got to run down the hill which was easier than running up it!
When we got to the bottom, we had to climb up a small hill with ropes on it, then we all gathered together for a minute and ran to the finish line while jumping over hay bales at the end. We grabbed our bags, got some fruit and lined up to get a certificate with our names on it. It was a really fun day out! – Ryan & Madison
