Welcome to Kildare Town Educate Together

In Kildare Town Educate Together National School we aim to make our school a happy place, where children, their families, and staff feel welcomed, respected, inspired, encouraged and supported to achieve.

We also aim, through teaching for learning and professional development, to ensure that no child is left behind.

We want our school to be the place where children grow together, allowing each to achieve their greatest potential.

NextGenerationEU Funding

Our school received a grant in 2021 to implement initiatives aimed at addressing the digital divide and support our learners at risk of educational disadvantage as a consequence, as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) a project under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. This funding was used to purchase ICT resources and ensure all the children had access to the most up to date resources available including ipads and digital resources.

“This school now has high speed broadband connectivity through the Department of Education School Broadband Programme, delivered as part of the Irish National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) under the Recovery and Resilience Facility funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU.”
