Our Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2025 on 19th June was a very special occasion, celebrating our amazing 6th classes as they prepare to take the next step on their journeys. Gerry, Shauna & Simone led the heartfelt tributes to the children, reminding them how amazing they are, and how much we are looking forward to seeing what they get up to next.
It was a funny and poignant evening, watching photos & videos of the children from when they first started in school as junior infants. The children gave lovely speeches & sang & played guitar beautifully, causing a few tears in the audience with their choice of songs!
The Graduation was a great success thanks to all the work of the children, their teachers staff volunteers. A big Thank-you to Shane from Music Generation who attended as always to support the guitarists following his lessons throughout the year in class. Thanks also to our catering staff from School Food who provided refreshments free of charge for the evening.
